  • i think some vegetables do. like tomatoes and avocados... but i woudn't be too concerned about that. it's still better than no veggies at all.

  • thanks for posting this. i've always known some ppl will just never get fat or obese in extreme cases. i've always been very thin growing up. but now that i'm over 30 yrs old. i've gained almost 20 pounds. from thin to chubby! :( also i feel my appetite is bigger than when i was younger. i dont know why.

  • i eat vegetarian meals most of the time, but i still eat egg and cheese... sometimes i eat fish/seafood. i don't eat meat because i don't like meat. i don't like the smell of it and the taste of it. i'm eating less fish/seafood now because eventually i want to eliminate all food with blood if that makes sense! lol..…
