i'm also going on a cruise for 7 days in may. makes me worry now lol.. but like other said, enjoy yourself and go to the gym and eat and have fun! that's what i'm gonna do. :)

a fried egg and spam meat is a good combo but not so healthy! lol.. i usually add some veggies and crack an egg in the water, it becomes a poach egg!

try hatha.. it's slower and great for beginners. but i find that the teacher is as important as what type of class it is. some teachers are great for advanced yogis, some are slower which is great for beginners. you really have to try it out yourself to see which teachers you like. but hatha is a good start i think. if you…

i do yoga right after work. i do it at a studio.. i feel like if i go home first and have dinner and all settle, i would not want to go out again and do yoga or any exercise.

i use lululemon "the mat".. it's great for gripping. i used to use a $20 mat it was fine, but i always needed to use a mat towel so it's not slippery. depends what type of class you do. if it's hot.. a cheap mat would work fine!

i like this topic! cos i had struggled with poop problem lol. i've been drinking slippery elm mixed with water, twice a day, along with vitamin c and magnesium. it's working for me. especially the slippery elm. try it!

same here. i look skinnier than i weigh because my upper body is pretty small. but i have fat in my belly and hip and thighs. just go with your own feeling, don't listen what others say

i've seen a psychologist but i dont think she was helpful to me. i stopped seeing her. i feel depressed from time to time, mainly because i feel anxious, lonely, bored.. i feel that life sucks, counting calories sucks, family sucks.. ok i complain too much so sorry but just feel crap today! :(

i really want to test it out with a heart rate monitor!!!! it's hard to rely what the website tells you because everyone burn calories differently, even they are same weight. too many factors involved...

yes i feel alone too.. i feel this is so hard and feel depressed.. struggling with counting calories and eating way too much and then feel guilty.. get some support from mfp but not enough i guess.. life is tough
