  • i'm a fan of carb too!! it makes me full and satisfied which meat and veggie can't give me.. i'm not a big fan of meat so i rely on carb for energy.. i also eat nuts and things like that but i still love my carb and i eat way too much!!!

  • i love food and i still eat chocolate and carb (my fav!).. just need to learn to eat better and in moderation.. i think it's hard.. i like to eat a lot... till my stomach is swollen! it takes time and patient! take it easy on yourself and start slow!! i'm still learning too..
  • thanks! i always had my goal set at 0.5 lb per week.. it's very hard to lose even 1 lb when you are not very heavy to begin with.. i do a lot of yoga and it really helps with toning the arms and the legs.. but noy my belly :X
