We are here to support each other not criticize...I hope she doesn't let that one rude person get her down on herself for trying to improve her life. We all have off days....one of mine included a Snickers Blizzard..(LOL) Just keep going and ignore the negativity.

The World's rarest truffle....While they were trying to find it...I would tunnel my way out!!! J/K. I gotta say....Steak-medium rare, my Grandma's homemade mac and cheese, fresh baked hawaiin sweet bread, and a Snickers Blizzard from DQ. Mmmmmm.......

I have had alot of luck eating small snacks in between meals. I started at 197 lbs. and am now 168. I have read that the longer you go without eating the more likely your body is to go into "starvation mode" and it starts holding onto calories instead of burning them. Good Luck!

That's pretty much what I did. I made it to the 150's which was my first goal. Then just stopped everything. But I must say that I did great 2day! Burned 200 cals on the treadmill and stayed at my 1200 calorie goal!
