It is HUGE motivation to have friends on here. Most of the people in my life don't understand the journey and sometimes struggle that weight loss is. It is nice to have so many people going through the same struggle. Friends are great! Haha.

I agree! When I get home from work I usually will change out of my work clothes and into my work-out clothes. This way i'm already dressed so I might as well workout! Haha.

I had the same thing happen to me at a former job. After weeks of weird stares from this "regular" customer, I decided to go say "Hello." When I did he looked shocked that I even noticed he was there and he just left. Never saw him again.....weird. Def. proceed with caution. Sounds harmless though!

Wow! A lot of working Mom's on here. I'm 25 years old and work 40 hours a week in a childcare center. I work with infants and toddlers. I have a 6 year old son that is a big part of my motivation to get fit!! Anybody is welcome to add me also. Motivation and support has helped me through some "down" dieting days. Thanks!

At one point I was on the "depo" shot. It seemed to make me tired, hungry, and retain water. I am currently on a generic form of the ortho-tri-cyclen pill. I retain less water and have had succesful weight loss. I started Jan of last year and have lost 40 pounds. Def. something to talk about with your Dr.
