Espresso!!!! Impossible for me to give it up. You know with all the milk and syrups added!!! But I have cut back on my visits to my local espresso shop by half and make my own at home now. Sometimes substituting almond milk for milk and reducing the amounts of syrups.0

Pretzel M&Ms.
I have a bag sitting in my dorm room. But I only get to eat them if I can fit them in.0 -
coffee/espresso and chocolate.
My coffee habit doesn't include sugar and I can do FF milk, coconut milk, or creamer. Anymore, it's mostly a nice shot of espresso topped with a bit of trader joes FF creamer (unsweetened.) Been on an italian espresso kick lately... mmmm...
And I tend to keep the chocolate to 'quality' chocolate and dark.0 -
Moderation is key.....I eat everything the same...the only thing I cannot keep in the house is Chips....I still eat them when I want them but I just buy the smaller bags (yes more expensive but I eat the whole bag)
Everything else is in my house and I just enjoy it in moderation!0 -

I can't give up fruit or grains. I tried to go low carb for a while where I was supposed to eat minimal fruit and grains and it just didn't work. I LOVE fruit, and some brown rice and quinoa really help me get through the day. Oh, and raw honey! I could never stop eating raw honey. Well, I could, but it'd be painful. :P0
