What food would you absolutely not give up?

For me it's jello, thankfully there is sugar free..
Next on the list would be Nutella but unfortunately I couldn't restrain from myself to stop eating it after 1tbsp, so I had to give it up...

Hummm I have to say that nutella is definitely my weakness as well, along with Every burger ( a chocolate candy shaped like hamburger)0

Chocolate!! Love my chocolate fiber bars and brownies and low cal fudgesicles I feel like I'm cheating but yet Im not0

For me unfortunatlly it is cookies. When I was little My Grandma ALWAYS had fresh baked cookies cooling everytime we went there. So for me it brings back memories. But I have learned to not eat 5 a day anymore some days I have none.

Pizza from the Pizza Factory....I haven't completely given it up, I eat there maybe once or twice a month...so I get my fix on my free days.0

I haven't necessarily given up anything, just eat more in moderation. But truth be told, I like my sugar, my chocolate and my caffeine! Don't mess with my vices!

I have not given up anything really. There are things I hardly eat but there is nothing that I have said "I am never eating that again".0

I can say I havent given anything up, but I've def changed how much i eat of it!! I love cheese and sweets! I do eat cheese everyday, and sitll lose weight! I don't think I'll ever give up anything! I haven't had butter in a long time though, and don't miss it!!! I think the key to a healthy diet is substituting things that are unhealthy for the healthier option! It tastes for the most part the same! I gave up pizza too...there is no room in my calories per day for a slice of stuffed crust pizza0

Oooo biscuits - bane of my 'fitness' life! I don't mind if they are chocolate filled, pink wafers, plain, rich tea or fruit shortcake...just gotta have one to dunk in my tea at the end of the day lol! :drinker:0
