Changing my goals.
Hey everyone! Just curious... when I made it to 10 pounds lost MFP suggested I change my calorie goals. I was set at 1200 cals. for a 2 pound a week weight loss. I changed it to 1 pound a week which is what the site recommends but i'm afraid that changing from 1200 a day to 1400 a day will cause me to not lose. If that…

Exercise and a snack?
I'm pretty busy so the only time I get 2 work out is between 8-10 at night. Usually I eat a snack afterwards to "repair" my body. Not only that but i'm usually pretty hungry after the work out. I have read it is not good to eat after 6-7 in the afternoon. So do I quit the snack???? Or does the workout make-up for the late…

Raw fruits and Veggies
This is probably a "no-brainer" but does everyone include raw fruits and veggies in their daily calorie intake? I sometimes leave off if I ate a raw carrot or brocoli.... Just curious.
