Thanks. The negative thought is saying, well he must have measured wrong. There's no way I did that. Haven't dropped clothing sizes yet.. that makes it frustrating. Patience, patience, patience.... that's what is needed.

I too was perplexed on how to enter weight training on my exercise journal here. The strength training was too specific.... Ended up selecting weight training from the cardio portion. (see my journal of 4/22).

Back from vacation -- my goal is the exercise plan that includes cardio, ab, strength and stretch. We'll see what happens.

Well, today was the first time I have done a morning workout -- did a 10 min Pilate Ab DVD and a 30 min 2lb weight ball DVD. The only reason I was up earlier to do this was H2B stated as he was leaving at 5:15am that I would probably go back to bed and hit snooze many times. Proved him wrong

Check your local library.... The one in my area offers a free adult yoga class - 1x/month. The instructor has her own website where she posts 10minute instructional videos.
