Trying again -difficulty losing & being motivated
I had some success on MFP earlier this year - then stopped tracking foods for a few months. I'm back tracking - plus upping my exercise. Finding it harder to be motivated. Eating Avg 1400 calories/exercising 744 calories. Haven't lost anything this week. Normal?
