• Good job on avoiding the vending machine! Ditto to this...I love the skinny cow brand, but pretty much any 100 cal pack will curb the idea my body has that I need dessert after lunch and dinner lol! 90 cal fiber one bars help me too! I realize it might not be an option if you're on a work schedule but I also try not to…
• Wait to go! Congrats to you and your 'killer waist'!
• Then the amount of help youre going to get will be pretty limited...
• Good for you! Thats got to be a great way to start the day!
• I agree with the other posters...when I was breastfeeding I was told to add 500 calories to whatever my daily allowance was. Did the MFP factor in the breastfeeding in? If not I would add the 500 to the number they gave you. Losing weight during breastfeeding is definitely the more common outcome for women, but please…
• Hi! It doesn't look like you diary is open for us to peek at :)

• If you have Netflix they have a ton of workout DVDs you can borrow and even some you can watch instantly. You can switch them out often enough that you don't have to get bored. I also take Zumba classes and they are really fun and a great workout!
• I have a few in my cupboard. Don't know about the calorie burn, but works ok as an energy drink and doesn't taste bad lol!
• This morning I made a Hungry Girl recipe....plain oatmeal sweetened with splenda and sugar free jam, topped with fresh blueberries, strawberries, almonds and a small scoop of low-fat frozen yogurt! It was delish! I would highly recommend her books... Her b-fasts are great! And her website has pics of every recipe if that…
• Awesome! You should feel very prod of yourself!
•
I may have just changed from a diet to a lifestyle!
Ditto! I don't particularly consider them 'diet' foods cause I plan to eat like this forever!
• I love the toasted coconut vanilla yogurt by dannon! It is so good it tastes like a luxurious dessert or something! I'm having it for breakfast, in fact! My helpful foods to add to the list are: La Tortilla high fiber/low carb tortillas...80 calories! Cool Whip Free (you can add it to the sugar free jello pudding cups and…
• I'm from Washington, but have lots of family in the south and fried pickles are yummmmmm!
• Feel free to add me! I've been on here for a awhile but motivation from friends is a great help :)
• Hi! I am a SAHM to my 1-year-old little boy. My husband is supportive of my efforts but doesn't need to lose any weight himself and gets to eat 2 Little Debbie brownies at night while I have a fiber bar lol. My family pretty much only wants to hear about my efforts when they are on the weightloss wagon, but aren't…
• You still did good! Calories are the same in both of those, but over half the calories in a crispy Kreme are from fat!! Way to go!
• I don't ever worry about going over my protien, so I would use those extra cals for a healthy snack/dessert and then wouldn't stress if it bumps me over my protien. Thats usually about how much I have at the end of the day so if I'm feeling like a salty snack I'll have something like air-popped popcorn and a string cheese…
• I second everyone who's said to maybe try shakes and and to add fruit to your oatmeal. You could also add some Fiber One cereal to your yogurt. Makes it kind of like it's got granola in it and its very filling and will help keep you full. Also I've gotten myself a couple of the books from Hungry Girl and she has lots of…
• Bumping for later for myself! Could use some of these ideas too!
• One of my MFPals on here says she uses it to make quesadillas in the oven under the broiler, so I'm assuming it works well for her. Yummy!
• I think you are probably pushing yourself a little too hard. At some points you really have to listen to your body (when it's physically had enough and needs rest, not when its just feeling lazy). You can't count on every day being perfect, and punishing yourself when it isn't won't be helpful! Give your body what it needs…
• Its probably not too emotionally healthy, but I've always been a fan of the "gonna-look-so-good-you'll-regret-breaking-up-with-me" tactic. The "now-that-I'm-single-I-have-to-look-good-to-attract-someone-better" can also be quite helpful. In all seriousness, I'm sorry you're going through this, but the healthy choices you…
• Besides the extra sodium you probably took in, it wont really affect your weight loss. If you aren't a "jump-on-the-scale-every-single-day-and-sometimes-twice" person, you probably won't even notice it at all. The important part is that you didn't let it get you completely off track and it's not something you do very often.

• I'm in yakima, so I'm no help! I'm originally from Tri-Cities though, so I just wanted to say it caught me off guard to see that as a topic on the message boards lol! Hope you find someone!
• Yum! Those sound really goof!
• I'm trying to find then time to finally start one, but I'll read yours until I do!

• No way! If I did my math right, you would have had to eat 14,000 extra calories to gain 4 lbs. You probably just overdid it on the sodium...drink lots of water to flush it out and get back on track today!
