  • From what I saw, even the people in the video had to take breaks! Just keep going at your own pace and keep pushing yourself! I'm on day 4 myself, but not sure I can keep going... dang plantar fasciitis
  • I started making my intervals smaller too, in order to run them faster and maintain a faster walking speed. It lasted thru 7 miles the other day, so that's a plus! I'm super excited because this is my first half AND my first race ever... well it would have been, but I then decided I want to do a race every month this year…

  • Thank you all so much for all the positive responses!! My concern is that since I'll be at the back of the starters, I don't actually get the full 4 hours to finish (if I did, I'd be fine).
