Try increasing your protein. This happened to me in college when I was living on Cheerios and skim milk. You also may want to have your Thyroid checked.

Practice makes perfect! I used Suz's C25K program from kissmyblackass.org (and yes that's really the name!). It's a hip hop and pop mixture. Just keep it up-you will love it!

I don't worry about the sugar in fruit, I just count it in my calories. I try to stay away from refined sugars, those are EVIL! Plus you get so many nutrients and fiber with the fruit, it kinda evens it out.

Try Miralax. It's over the counter now and great for people with chronic constipation. And it mixes in with whatever you are already drinking.

Walk if you can but be careful for your clothes touching the painful areas. I feel so sorry for you! Shingles HURT and can last for months. :cry:

It's well worth your time to get fitted at a specialty store. They can video you running and look at your old shoes for spots of wear, etc. Worth it! And now that I found my dream shoe I can order online next time. Just do it and your feet, shins, knees and hips will thank you! :flowerforyou:

I'm a runner and I have used them as meal replacements in a pinch. They are good to have on hand. I mix mine with unsweet almond milk. Yum! Just be careful to get a low sugar one. Sometimes I only do half a scoop.

Stretch more! I got one of those foot rocker calf stretcher things (about $10 on Amazon) and it has made a tremendous difference!

It can get better with diet and exercise, depending on what kind of fat. Microsteatosis is better than macrosteatosis (basically little v big fat). This can be caused by obesity or underlying/previous diseases. And limit the booze! :drinker:
