Anyone watching this series on E? It's a great look inside the mind of those with eating disorders (of all kinds). I worked at a children's hospital for years and we treated some serious cases, but nothing compared to these! It's amazing the power food can have over all of us.

Call Schedule = More Calories?
I work a 24 hour call schedule and can be up/awake/working for 24-36 hours. On the days that I don't sleep, do I get more calories? I would love to hear thoughts on this!

Best Cereal
I am a cereal lover but oh the carbs/sugar! Any suggestions on a filling cereal that doesn't put me over my sugar goal (24 g) by breakfast? Other than Cheerios, I've had a hard time finding one that fits the bill.
