I got a new scale last week and it's three pounds heavier than my old one (but probably more accurate I fear). What should I do? I don't want to show a "gain" after all my hard work!

I WOULDN'T WANT TO SHOW A GAIN EITHER BUT LIKE YOU SAID IT'S MORE ACCURATE,I WOULD GO BY THE NEW WEIGHT .IT'S A BUMMER I KNOW BUT IT'S ACCURATE.0

You could always wait to log your weight until after you loose those extra three pounds.0

That's what I was thinking! Either wait until it evened out or go back and increase my starting weight by three pounds.0
