I knit and crochet...if you take one up, crochet is much easier to learn and things are made up quicker. It's all about the instant gratification! Good luck. :flowerforyou:

I use Wasa Crispbread instead of bread. They are low cal & high fiber. I put eggs on them, tuna, lunchmeat...whatever. They are in the grocery store isle with the imported crackers.

I only use bison. My Uncle hunts it so it's FREE and I haven't bought beef in over 5 years. It's great tasting but usually not fatty enough to hold itself in burger form. And on the plus side...you should see how low my cholesterol is! :smile:

Put a dark chocolate chip into the end of a raspberry. Bake them at 150 for about 15 minutes just long enough to melt the chocolate. So good! And you can eat just a few and feel like you have had a really great, healthy snack.

I've done it and loved it. There are several different music styles available on the net to pick from. My favorite was Suz's C25K from kiss my black *kitten* .org and it was hip hop. Happy running!

I got custom insoles. Expensive, but worth it, and combined with my fitted shoes-it's great. I also do different lacing techniques. Good luck!
