I am sure you have all seen these great visualizations of how much sugar is in the products we all know, love and eat.
That being said, I am wondering if anyone knows of a visualization for SODIUM in food? It would be great to see a representation of just how much sodium is really in foods we all know and love.
An example of the sugar stacking pictures are below, as well as the site I pulled the pictures from.

Not to do with sodium although I think yours is an interesting question. I had a cinnamon crunch bagel from Panera yesterday and it was like I could taste every cube of sugar in that thing -- too much! I used to love those things, with cream cheese too. I'm glad my tastes are changing since I have cleaned up how I routinely eat.0
