I have been doing really well on my diet and exercise. I'm down 5 pounds so far. I haven't struggled too much with my hunger until yesterday. What's the deal? All day yesterday and today I have been starving! I hope it's because my metabolism is going crazy :happy: The bad news is I'm running out of calories before my last meal. I've exercised the last four days (mainly so I can eat more). Suggestions? I've been getting all my water in, plus some. But I'm still STARVING!

  • is it that time of the month?? maybe keep carrot sticks/celery sticks with you...very low calorie, and maybe you're not really hungry and just need to munch?!??!!
  • One thing I learned on Jenny Craig.....you can eat all the broccoli you want !! Whoo Hoo!! lol...... even tho it shows low calories on here...it's plum full of fiber and is great for you....and is filling. I try to keep a baggie with me for afternoon snack....also....sugar free jello....we could eat all that we wanted....I use it for a dessert...it's like 5cal....and add a tablespoon or two of light cool whip..... I find as long as I'm eating a snack between bfast and lunch and another between lunch and dinner.......and it should be like some protein and fiber...like morning apple and a cheese stick or something like that....veggies and another protein in the afternoon...or a V8 - low sodium..... just some ideas. The main thing is to plan your snacks for the day...pack them up and keep with you...if you pick low cal, high protein....it will keep you energized and full due to the fiber.
