Do the Ziploc method! Use a quart size freezer bag, put in 2 eggs and whatever else you want. Mush it up and put the whole bag in boiling water for about 10 minutes. When it's all done, it slides out in a perfect shape! You can also make these the night before. I've done it with all kinds of meat, cheeses and veggies and…

I just get it over with! Otherwise, I will spend all day finding excuses not to exercise and will stress about it. But when I do it first thing in the morning, I feel great all day, like a proverbial weight has been lifted off my shoulders!

I don't know but I'm about to start a C25K so I'm curious!

Yum! I just got back from Mexico and I ate this for breakfast every day...but it's wasn't the healthy version!

Yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, protein shake...endless options!

It's not really plastic and it's made to dissolve in an acidic pH like your stomach.

The Windsor Pilates series is good and it gives alternative poses. You may want to look into accupuncture. I had the same problem for 10 years with my hip. Turns out, my piriformis was out and the accupuncture fixed it right up! When I got off the table and didn't have the hip pain, I burst into tears. I had forgotten what…

All of my local stores carry them. I haven't had a problem finding them, thank goodness because I love them!

I have a protein shake almost every morning. It's filling and quick!

Not sure where you live, in Arkansas it's 10 Fitness. 10 bucks a month with no contract, but you have to pay a $30 membership fee. Not bad. It's probably the same chain. It's a good gym with good equipment. The only bad thing about ours is they don't offer classes of any kind.

Make some tzatziki and have some raw veggies with it. Yum!

Put them in protein shakes, make banana bread, eat with yogurt and honey. Or a PB and banana sandwich!

Sounds really high to me. I usually burn around 10-12 calories/minute (I do use a chest strap). Even if I have a really intense workout, by the time I warm up and cool down that seems to be the average.

OMG I would have slapped him! Oh well, I guess it takes all kinds!

I have a Polar F6 and love it! It's easy to use, has a chest strap and is PINK :flowerforyou:

I have the series. I don't do it enough, but when I do my abs are sore for the next 2 days! It's a great core workout.

Adipex wasn't the "dangerous" part of the phen-phen diet. It was the other one, fenfluramine, that caused the heart problems.

I love the Champion Low Sugar in vanilla. They sell it at GNC. 26 g protein and you can change up the flavors by adding different fruits, etc.

I don't know that it's more active at night, maybe it just doesn't have all the other things we put in our bodies to compete with. As a former night shift worker...I can agree with the more fat part! But I think that is more from crazy hormones than anything else.

Site your source for this please! All organs work 24/7!

Aren't they great? I love them so much I emailed Yoplait raving about them! Think I'll go have one now!

Be careful of the bullion and seasoning salt! The bullion alone has a LOT of sodium. I love to spray them with a bit of olive oil (that comes in the spray can like Pam-I use that on everything!) and do salt and pepper or lemon pepper and saute them. I've put jerk and cajun seasoning on them too. Just depends on what I'm…

I say take care of yourself first, then the rest will follow. Do what you need to do to get back to happy. If you were big when y'all met, I wonder did he see you as a "project"? When relationships start with the "They will be perfect when (fill in the blank)" it's a problem. And yes, you should find someone that loves you…

Oh I did something new two days ago and am still sore! If you have one of those styrofoam rollers, sit on it with your arms on the floor behind you. With your legs straight out in front of you, roll backwards. It was the ultimate crunch that hurt every part of my stomach, especially the lower abs. I don't think I could…

You can do it! I just had 6 weeks off due to having 6 stitches in my foot. I still could have done pilates, etc. but used it as an excuse. Anyway, I didn't gain any weight back but I can tell I have lost strength. I started back last week and it feels good to be back on the wagon!
