yeah im one i have been vegetarian for about 6 months and since going vegetareian and MFP i have lost a total of about 40 lbs.

pizza is not really the worst thing for you. That is if you make it yourself. I used a store bought multigrain crust, make my own sause, use a lowfat cheese, and stick with veggies. Two pieces of that isnt to bad for you and i found it to be very filling.
