Shizzle! I read through all this food jargon and damn.. eating clean is expensive as fuark! Recently, I've been hammering down about 120 bucks a week and that's just for me. But now I'm cutting, things will be a bit more cheap. Probs back to 60-80 bucks.

If you have a crap ton of weight to lose then you're screwed with only cardio. it'll leave a lot of sagging skin around that lower abdominal. Rather than just run, try working out. Get you all toned, then go for a nice, lean cut. It will work out best for the long run.

For sure, for sure. I have about 10 pounds of unwanted fat to deplete from myself haha.. god dang stubborn lower belly fat won't go. I'm looking at about a pound maybe pound and a half each week. So hopefully around the beginning to middle of summer, I'll be sitting happy.

Fuuuuunk Myfitnesspal... from what I've read on bodybuilding.com, this tool really isn't that effective in counting your proper caloric intake.
