Pancakes are the best. I make them with whole wheat, oatmeal and a scoop of protein powder. Then i add fruit on hand. Blueberries, bananas, whatever I have. They come out to 140 calories per pancake. I LOVE Zumba. Great way to exercise. I have taught it for 5 years and can tell you the clients that do it love and keep up their exercise because it's so much fun.

I think 30 day shred is okay but you should try a class called Piloxing. It is high intensity and works LOTS on core! That is a SERIOUS burn. I teach lots of classes and I can tell you this is the best!
