30 day shred

Today I started 30 day shred and I loved it !
but I felt like I need more of a workout . Would it still be ok if I did 30 day shred twice a day ?

    Its a workout by Jillian Michaels . You should look it up and give it a try :)

    I too started today on 30 day shred. While it wasn't a soaked with sweat kind of workout, 2 hours later my legs and arms are speaking to me. I did do 40 minutes on the elliptical this morning and think I may keep doing a morning elliptical and evening Shred. Good Luck and keep going....

  • I think 30 day shred is okay but you should try a class called Piloxing. It is high intensity and works LOTS on core! That is a SERIOUS burn. I teach lots of classes and I can tell you this is the best!

  • I keep hearing great things about the 30 day shred. I think I'm going to go out in the morning to buy it.
