Start with a trip to your doctor. This is not normal...your metabolism has been abused. Honestly...you may have to resign yourself to gaining a bit of weight to get things back onto a more normal track.

Weight loss isn't linear. You go up, down, stay the same for no particular reason. Hang in there...be patient.

generally weighing is better, but it depends on what the item is, and practicality. Sometimes you just need to eyeball it, and geusstimate high...and hope for the best. But use your food scale whenever you can. It really does help.

This..accurate logging is key. Any exercise is helpful, walking is great! But don't overestimate the burn... MFP numbers trend really high. Be patient and consistent, you can do this!:wink:

Faster isn't better. Slower and healthier is. And ignore the "1200 calorie" crap. At every level, MFP sets you at a deficit.
