I ate a little too many carbs last night and the breathe isn't horrible today but in a sad way I'm said it's gone, because I may have kicked myself out of ketosis....

That is amazing. I guess they just need to do some more research. My mom and her both are nurses and keep saying how good I look but are worried about my overall inside health. I just tell them to research it all.

I threw them away already :/ but I will have to venture to the dreaded Wal-Mart and see if I can find some. I bet they would be good dipped in ranch, or a cheese sauce of some kind....

Yeah...I thin if I up my carbs to 35 (which it is set to now, I just never go over 20) I'll use those carbs for veggies...and I also was just reading the chocolate thread...I have been slacking on my magnesium supplement...guess I'll get back to taking that!

My husband has a theory of, I have never known someone to get fat off of eating vegetables and fruit...I just miss my veggies and fruit and I'm trying to find a way to get them in without having a gain or missing something up

Yeah I'm still being plagued by it this afternoon. The only other thing is maybe the water enchancer I put in my water. But I've had it all week and no issues.

Breakfast: Nada just an unsweet tea from McDonald's Lunch: filet wrapped in bacon, and a brat Supper: no idea, maybe pizza in a bowl since it'll just be buddy and me

I do it twice a week for 30 mins. I wish it was daily. It is a class offered through my job. I missed it today so I think I may get a yoga video and do some at home on the days I don't have it. I have noticed downward dog is getting easier and my warrior poses....

Thankfully no dizzy spills. I actually feel like I have tons of energy. I just had a 1/4 cup of walnuts and I'm good so far.

Good luck, I tried converting my husband when I started. He lasted less than 24 hours. This man eats a turkey sandwich and chips everyday for lunch. He couldn't handle it. Haha. I make keto meals and he will either add pasta, or whatever to his. But that is as good as it gets!

I'm not meaning to fast, but I really haven't had much since yesterday at like 6pm. I had a salad. But oh well I'm sure I will be hungry in a few hours. Thankfully I have some pepperoni left at work if I need it!
