I tried on some of my dress pants today (I normally wear skirts/dresses to work in the summer) and they are all too big. Looks like I'll have to buy some new pants for this fall/winter for work! And I think I'll need a new bra soon as well! Woohoo!

her lab results I think are good from what she says....she eats lots of fruit, oatmeal, carbs etc but she is of normal weight and does eat half of her food often. But I notice she is hungry quite often.

My NSV is that I finally got my husband on board after doing this WOE since Feb. He has lost 10 lbs since 2 weeks ago. He also realizes when we eat carby foods (this weekend) that we are hungry almost immediately after. But after eating LCHF all day there is no need to binge snack at 8pm!

Well I failed miserably. I did half of what you guys told me. I had the pulled pork, side salad, green beans, and hashbrown casserole and cake. I feel AWFUL this morning. I need to start remembering how this feels and stop eating like crap!

Very small ones but they make me realize how far I've come.... Went to movies yesterday. No snacks etc purchased. Went to Texas Roadhouse and normally I would get sweet tea and a baked potato as my choices. Instead I had a salad and green beans and had a water.

I also gained 5lbs over my week long vacation but it was a blast and I enjoyed all the indulgences I had. I'm down 3 of those as of this morning so I'm hoping to shed the rest of those by this weekend.

Thanks everyone! I got switched to a stronger drug on Monday. I'm feeling better the past few days. Still have an annoying cough but they said that will linger. I've been off track for a few days but I'm ready to get back on it. Also my son is finally feeling better after almost 2 weeks sick. And no loose stools for him…

I haven't lost any weight in awhile, but I've noticed my stomach is getting "harder" around where your abs are suppose to be...now if I just get this mommy pouch to go away!
