Going on 7 years post surgery. Was good for the first 3 years. Started @ 5'1" 260lbs. My lowest was 159. Had lots of stress and family loss the past 5 years and my weight has just crept up. I am now 218. Looking for support to start trying to get back under 200. I have no deadline I am 51 years old and my goal would be 175.

In the same boat, gastric sleeve 3 years ago. Have slowly gained back 25 lbs. Life took over and it wasn't as easy to eat and exercise as much as I had been to maintain the weight I had lost 100 lbs. I am hoping to restart an exercise program and get motivation here.

I was back at work in two weeks and only had a little discomfort and soreness. I have a desk job so had to get up through out the day and walk around discomfort was from sitting to long.

My surgery is coming up and I am excited and nervous. Hopeful that I will be able to follow a new way of eating and that I will have no bad side effects from the surgery.
