You look terrific; good job! Was it from both calorie monitoring and exercise?

This is terrific. Your post will inspire many people. Thank you for sharing!

You might need to reconfigure your social activities a bit, for example meeting your friends at the theater and heading home right after the movie - at least until you can better control your decisions on what to eat. Also, some people have improved their weight loss after easing off on their weekday-strictness in cases…

I agree; it is harder when finances are weak! Maybe you could research more what is available at your grocery store before you go; I would imagine there are filling, healthier options that cost the same (and possibly provide more servings) as the Totinos pizza and popcorn chicken. Good luck.

Three pounds is still a loss, though; you must be doing something right. Are you logging faithfully and watching your net caloric intake?

Good job! Thanks for sharing.

I wouldn't think so based on the success stories here. Bumping for you; hopefully someone with some ideas on this will see your thread.

You could try making yourself eat something dense, such as oatmeal. Foods that will keep you full (even if you aren't craving them) can help with cravings for several hours. But don't be too hard on yourself. You'll have plenty of time to make up for it when you're able to start moving again. Plus it won't help your immune…

Click on Search (forum search) and type panic attack; there are lots of posts on this so you should find others who have gone through that same experience. Good luck!

Bumping for you. I would like to see replies to this, too. I have not gone far enough to reach a reward, so this may give me some ideas for the future :)

I'm not at that point yet, so bumping for you

I'm not sure if this is the problem, but running that much will burn a lot of calories, so you may be *netting* so few calories that your body is trying to hold onto what is there to keep you alive. It would be your calories eaten minus what you burn equals your net calorie intake for that day.

What a blessing. I am so proud of you!

Thank you for telling your story! True inspiration in a thousand ways.

Wow. This is awesome. Hollywood couldn't write this. Inspiration is like electricity; it just flows through the people you touch in some way but lives in both directions.
