I'm so excited about this, thanks for sharing! I would love to join you!

I put 1/2 a scoop of Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein, the chocolate flavor. Granted, it does have 70 calories for 1/2 a scoop, but it gets me 13g of protein. I also consider it part of my breakfast calories and adjust the food I eat for breakfast accordingly.

I had 3 egg whites with spinach and 1/2 tbsp of feta cheese mixed in...and a cup of coffee with chocolate protein powder mixed in. Yum!

I complained about it for the longest time and just couldn't get up the motivation to do anything about it. It may take her awhile - sometimes it has to "click" first.

Lately I have been eating a lot of processed foods although I've been at or under my calorie goal everyday; I have begun eating fruits and veggies again in the last day or two and feel much better!

This, exactly. I would be upset if I had to pay back someone else's loan...

I used to be an hourglass, but since I lost weight my boobs went away...so now I consider myself a pear. I find hourglass most appealing.
-
And I "third" this - I have the chocolate flavor which makes smoothies awesome. I think it blends well. For a scoop = 4g carbs and 26g protein.

HA! Yes!
this sounds way too complicated and torturous. Not to mention unsustainable. It is 11 pm and I am about to eat a big bowl of Parmesan peppercorn ranch popcorn.
Well, now, that just sounds amazing and delicious!

It's SO difficult to see a change in yourself, but trust us, there is a HUGE difference!! You're looking amazing and your hard work is definitely paying off!

I try to stay around 120 or so...I usually go over though!

Same here!

Man...this bothers me too! I make mistakes when I type sometimes, but the amount of times I see this mistake made is ridiculous! It's sort of like when people type "per say" when they mean "per se." If you don't know how to spell it, don't type it! Gahhh!
-
Definitely these as well!

Ugh...I completely know what you mean. It took my body about three days to adjust. I had a headache, felt weak and sick to my stomach...very strange. I would also suggest maybe some chicken broth or a couple of crackers or something (I know crackers = carbs, but a couple should be okay).

My thought, especially if they're overweight, is "What a BAMF! You go girl (or guy)! Work it!" I feel this way because I know they're doing the work for a reason and it has taken a lot for them to get out and run in the first place. I know...I've been there!

I'm a big fan of black chai spice tea. Amazing stuff!
-
HA! Good one! I would say it would be my sister telling me I'm "fat but it looks good on me."
-
Oooo making this today, thanks for the recipe!

I love this rant and completely agree! :flowerforyou:

I weighed 125, which, at 5'0" was too much (for me). It's 15 pounds over my goal weight, which is 110.

Me! Me!

Ugh. The part about how the person made you feel guilty is EXACTLY the reason my diary is private. As long as you enjoyed it and it worked into your daily macros you're good! Don't feel guilty!

Every person is different. For some (like me), if I eat the majority of my exercise calories back (66 percent of MFP's estimate), then I lose weight consistently. If I don't do this, my weight loss stalls. For others, they need to keep their calorie count low and exercise in order to lose weight. You can try different…

NSVs related to clothes - I have to pin my work pants on the sides so they'll stay up I have a skirt that used to be super tight around my bum and thighs, and yesterday when I tried it on it was so loose it would have fallen right off of me if my hips didn't barely keep them up (but I can pull the skirt off without…

Started out once a week, then changed to every two weeks, and now only do it once a month. Sounds crazy, but I can get OCD about it too, so I must be careful. Plus, there's something rewarding about seeing a "big loss" each month. I also make sure I do it a week or two after TOM visits.

Hi there! :flowerforyou: It's amazing how helpful this site is. I have been wanting to lose weight and get back into shape for several years...and have never been able to stick to it until joining MFP. The community/gaining friends is another huge motivator!

What are some of your goals? Welcome, by the way! :flowerforyou:

It would be nice if we all lost a consistent amount of weight every week!
