Ha, this is pretty much what I do, too!

I worked with this guy in college who lived directly above me in our dorm, and he walked SO loudly it sounded like he was stomping around - and he was tall and skinny. It may not have been a jab at your size, some people do just have a loud walk!

I think it's called "The Ice Cream Diet" because you eat ice cream every day. It's probably not healthy. One would lose weight on it, sure, but overall you're not getting the nutrients you need.

I finished grad school in May (MSW), right now I'm unemployed and hating it. I send in tons of applications but the job market sucks. So...I also spend a lot of time here!

Awesome! Both great NSVs!!

I have a poodle/cavalier king charles spaniel mix. She's about 10 lbs...name is Stella. We got her from a shelter so we have no clue how old she is. ALL she does is lay around - I usually have to go wake her up in the mornings so we can go outside for her to potty...however, this morning she woke up on her own!

I like a whole egg and an egg white, made flat in a small pan so I can flip it over into an "omelette." I saute fresh spinach just using the heat, then pour the eggs over the spinach, cook it on both sides, then put some sort of cheese on one side and flip it over to melt the cheese. I usually toast one piece of bread and…

Awesome! Good job!

I don't understand where the information comes from, either. I would be a very sad panda if I couldn't have cheese on my eggs, salad, sandwiches, etc. I LOVE cheese! I don't think it's bad. I think as long as it fits into your macros you're good!

We were together 3 years before we got engaged. We were engaged for two years (while I was in grad school), and just got married. I completely understand about wanting to at least be engaged by the time you buy or move into your new house...even though you've already been together for a long time, you want to make sure the…

These describes me, too. I'm love Chapstick. Also, I ate an entire bag (~4 oz bag) of Flamin' Hot Cheetos yesterday. I'm addicted to Flamin' Hot Cheetos. Every time I get a bag I tell myself I'll eat a few each day...but I always eat the entire bag. I'm drinking a soda (a diet soda, I don't drink regular) for the first…

I would actually talk to the person who is doing the cheating. I would tell them they need to come clean to their partner...if they don't come clean, then I'll tell their partner. As someone else said, it would also depend on your relationship with the couple.

In high school I preferred the "bad boy," mostly because of the way they looked. I found the look sexy. As I got older (only 26, but hey), I found I was more attracted to nice, motivated, smart men. I married one, in fact. So...I'd say now I prefer the "nice guy."

McDonald's...or at least McDonald's french fries. So gross to some, but so good to me. YUM!

For me, yes. If I want to stay on track, I have to completely stay away from "trigger" foods. Eventually I become desensitized to it and I don't feel deprived.

Mine is actually right on the money! It wasn't that way for a couple of years though...but I've gotten back down to the weight that's on my license. I just realized that the other day!

Make sure you focus on keeping your knees behind your toes on the lunges/squats. Otherwise you could injure your knees!
-
Pretty much this, although I try to keep my protein high as well. It hasn't affected my weight loss at all!
-
Who doesn't?
-
lolzz  I can't think of any cool ones, they all got taken!
-
Wow...you look amazing! Keep up the great work!!

You're definitely not alone! I understand how it's nice to be able to take a handful of chips or eat pizza without feeling bad. However...that kind of behavior is what got me here in the first place. I'm assuming that's how it happened to you too...that "mindless eating." Anyhoo, I do miss being somewhat nonchalant about…

You are NOT being lazy. Exercising 3-4 days a week is a good thing. I would also say pick a routine you can see yourself sticking to and continuing not only while you're trying to lose weight, but also when you begin maintaining. Pushing yourself too hard can make you burn out quickly, and then you won't have the…

Kick *kitten* girl! You look fabulous!!

Hahahaha that's awesome. Me too! The picture is so adorable!

I was just going to say that! You're obviously in better shape and it looks like you're slimmer than you were back then!
