  • How long have you been on MFP? 81 days... How many calories a day do you eat without exercise calories? 1200 Do you eat your exercise calories? Hell yeah...well, 50-66% of the MFP estimate. Sometimes I work out simply so I can eat more!
  • My Bachelor's degree is in Psychology. I have two minors: Social Justice and Women's and Gender Studies. It probably sounds like fluff, but I'm almost finished with my Master's degree in Social Work (next month!!!) and I feel the major and two minors together really helped prepare me for it.

  • I am a recovered nail biter. it takes a LOT of willpower, but every time you go to start biting your nails, stop yourself and do something else, or just simply stop yourself because you're trying to break the habit. Eventually you will not think about or want to do it. It takes time though.

  • I had ground turkey, a whole egg, 1 tbsp feta cheese, about 1/2 cup raw spinach, and a few grape tomatoes all mixed up in a bowl. It sounds kind of weird but was soooo good. 368 calories total.
  • It's an acquired taste. To ease yourself into it, I would start with the original flavor, not the unsweetened original. I use Silk and love all of them. I was a bit startled at how bitter the unsweetened original is, but I got used to it and like it now.

  • Taking a quick break from writing a literature review for class (I'm almost done with grad school). I'm addicted to MFP and have a hard time not procrastinating on here! (Like I said, this reply is just a "quick" break!) :wink:
  • It would be better to start with 30 Day Shred. I've heard Ripped in 30 is more difficult and borrows moves from 30DS.
