Looking pretty good, I think! You deserve to reward yourself!

I don't have children, so I'm not sure what else to say about that besides congratulations!!! What a blessing! You can still stay active while you're pregnant as long as you have your doctor's okay - talk to them and see what you can do while you're pregnant! You can also continue to eat healthfully, that way by the time…

I completely agree with this. I'll still eat popcorn, or a couple of cookies here and there while I'm trying to lose weight. I may eat that stuff sometimes after I get to my goal weight, so hey, might as well make my snacks realistic now. To the OP: good job on portion control! As long as you can jump right back on the…

Good for you! I have never been broken up with over text or e-mail, but one of my college roommates got dumped via text. He just said it was over. I remember she also took a picture of it and posted it on Facebook for all to see.

Sounds amazing! :-) If I do cheat days/meals, it's usually something like McDonald's. I know McDonald's is extremely disgusting to a lot of people, but for some reason I think it's soooo good.

Well, it's definitely a personal choice to drink it, but the aspartame in it is not good for you at all. I won't judge you or anyone else, though, if you have a diet soda. Some people just want different things and that's okay. If I drink it that tends to be all I drink; I've replaced the soda with water. I will say,…

It's exactly the same way for me!

I'm 5'0" and my goal is 110...I don' t know if I can get that low because while I'm overweight right now I naturally have a lot of muscle (underneath the fat). I think it partially depends on your body composition.
-
I'm 5'0" and aiming for 110-115. I'll happily take 115 if it means I'm ripped!
-
You deserve to give yourself a pat on the back!! That's awesome!

I am doing this on my own. My fiance is tall and very thin naturally. He's also the type that has worked out MAYBE 5 times in the last year but still has a six-pack. (Not fair!) He's supportive because he knows I want to lose weight, but has not changed his eating patterns or activity level.
-
Wow, you're looking great!! What a difference!

Luckily, she has one of the girls doing modified versions of the moves so it's not as strenuous. Perhaps try that?

I just did day 1 yesterday (will do day 2 tomorrow). I've seen a lot of people on these boards have success with the program! Amazing changes in the way their bodies look and their endurance!
-
Also, I put it in MFP as "circuit training, general" for 20 minutes. MFP does overestimate the amout of calories you burn doing it, so I just take that with a grain of salt. I've also decided I'm going to run for 20 minutes right afterward for some extra cardio.

Hi, I did it once yesterday but couldn't today, so I'm basically where you are. We (and everyone else in this thread, if you like!) can support each other! I'll add you.

Oh, man. I bet Pennsylvania is a nightmare this time of year!

1. GREAT job on doing so well with losing the weight! I'm so proud of you!! 2. I have also heard that certain dresses can also only be altered by two sizes. Does it have a lot of beading? 3. Speaking of being stressed as time goes by...I'm with you there! I've also been engaged for quite awhile (since May of 2010...I…

I'm getting married in June and also want to look my best. I'll add you!

This, too. I'm assuming your activity level is set at sedentary since you're allotted 1200 calories?
-
Well, you want to NET at least 1200 calories per day. So, if your goal is 1200 calories, you eat 1200 calories, okay, and then you burn 600 calories at the gym, you're really only netting 600 calories. That means you're only giving yourself 600 calories to live on for the day. Doing this for an extended amount of time (not…

I just bought it this morning off Amazon.com for about $6.50. (I found Level 1 on Youtube, did it that way today, and will do it that way until my DVD arrives on Tuesday).

Oooo neat idea!

I started today. I'll be right here along with you!!

I just did Level 1 Day 1 today...I've read a lot about it on these boards, and people have had such good results that I had to see what the fuss was all about. Well...now I know. No kidding, Jillian totally kicks your butt in that workout! I decided I would also do 20 minutes of jogging right afterward for some extra…

All of this. Do it for yourself and your life!! We'll all be here to support you!

Yeah, you probably need a different scale. They become inaccurate over time, I think.
-
1. That sounds delicious, I will have to try it! 2. I love that you said "sammich."
-
This, exactly. But it makes sense that you would be frustrated re: your glucose levels. What made you steer clear of your usual breakfast?
