If its packaged I use the barcode scanner on the MFP application and weigh my food. But if I eat out I try to plan ahead or chose something that looks the closets to what I ate. But I find it pretty easy to log accuratley :smile:

I don't think so! I eat anywhere from 30-50 grams a day and feel fantastic! The trick is to drink much more water. I have any where from 10-14 glasses a day or else your regret it later in the bathroom, lol :laugh: P.S but don't fall for all those highly processed products that advertise themselves as a good source of…

High fiber fruits and veggies. I LOVE berries, especially blackberries and raspberries. They are chalkful of fiber, taste delicious. and full of antioxitants. My favorite thing to do is the get a bowl full of frozen blackberries and raspberries and put powered sugar them. It really satisfies a sweet tooth :bigsmile:

You also have to make sure it isn't under ripe or over ripe. When it is just right, it is smooth and creamy with a rich, fatty (the good kind!) flavor :love: Oh, and guac is the best! I like adding the flesh of a cucumber to mine. Lightens it up a bit.

You are at a healthy weight now! I think you shouldn't focus that much on the scale but on the inches. Start strength training to really defined and shape up your muscles. You could try a DVD programs, those are effective and cheap. Good luck!

I view processed food as being anything that has been heavily refined. I do eat "processed food", but it doesn't have all the artificial flavoring, preservatives, and other thing of that nature. I support a healthy, vegan, plant based diet :smile: P.S The documentary Hungry for Change talks about and explains this topic…

Personally, I don't completely agree with @Franc. I see you don't track fiber which makes a huge difference! Also, I would suggest eating more in the morning. I try to make each of my meals around 300 cals with 300 calories extra cals for snacks. Works wonder for me. Just remembered to eat plenty of veggies and fruit! Hope…
