Look at other diets that eat around 1200 to 1500 per day with a good cardio. There ate many 60 to 100 calorie treats that have reasonable carbs an low fat.

A quick note regarding calories. It takes a deficit of 3500 to lose 1 pound of fat. So if your break even is 2000 calories per day, a weight loss recipe example is a 1500 per day consumption which leaves a 500 deficit. So in 7 days, 500 *7 = 3500, you will drop 1 pound.
