lots of grilled food, soup, veggies and fruit! I'm not big on salads but I try to have one every once in a while. I eat jello sugar free pudding every day too, I love it.

Log my calories everyday, exercise a couple times a week. Cut out fast food completely which i miss the most lol. My eating habits before i started using myfitnesspal were horrible. I give myself cheat days though, like if I go to the bar, I don't even log that day. The weight at first came off fast, now it's slowing down…

5'3'', i've lost most of my weight so far from my belly and face/neck. My Thighs are huge still, and I'm still quite thick. I've went from a 46.5'' waist to 38.5'' so far.

I bought a heart rate monitor(one with a chest strap), i do everything from dancing all by myself with my ipod, workout dvds, using an elliptical, walks, strength train with dumbbells, push ups.
