I am shooting for 125 as well. Altough even 135 would be nice so my clothes would fit! I think moving furniture burns calories.

And I think they fill you up. For me it is the toppings/preparation method that are the killer.

I just joined yesterday. My niece told me about the program. Have any of you tried the "salad in a jar" for lunch? I am thinking it may be worth a try to keep me off of salad bars, which lead to trouble!
