I work for a weight control center and the machine is pretty fancy, I trust what it says for the most part, I'm definitly more fat than muscle. But I'm probably also over reacting a bit too.

I guess exercise is the way to go, I'm not disabled- I do have a heart condition that makes cardio tough sometimes, and my bmr is 1228 which is super low. I guess it's just easier to say then do- Definitly going to try some of those videos(:

Alcohol, taco bell, cheese fries, and CANDY!!! I could eat larfe bags of candy and chocolate and end up eating thousands of calories and not know it.

Do you eat a lot of sodium? I had the same problem then I cut back my sodium, drank more water, and started taking dandelion supplements and I started losing again.

I eat yam/ tofu noodles, there 0-20 calories and I just pretend it's the same....

I just drink folgers half caff with a packet of splenda and sometimes I'll blend it with almond milk. I like it because caffiene gives my heart palpultations and decaf is gross

It depends where you shop and what you consider to be healthy too. If your going like all organic from somewhere like Whole Foods its way more expensive than junk food from walmart. If you want to get the protien early, or do a breakfast for dinner try adding flavored protien powder to pancake mix! It mkes yummy flavored pancakes and its Quick. I think everyone just freakin argues too much on here. Like people are looking for support not arguements and everyone is different, Pesonally I have a smaller frame- I'm 5'5 and wear a size 2 and I need to lose weight, well tone up but that doesnt mean everyone my height should have the same goals.
