If you are looking to replace a meal get a meal replacement shake, I prefer Vega one. I don't drink them all the time, just when I really don't feel like cooking.

I'm just under 5'5, and my weight likes to bounce between 130-135, I wear size 4-6 or small pants, and 8-10 or medium tops.

I am just over 5'4 (I like to say 5'5, but it's more like 5'4.5) I have a smaller frame, my goal weight is 125 which for me is about a (US) size 2/4 I'm currently 140, in a size 6. But like a pp said, it is so different for everyone!

I have long, color treated hair, and use dry shampoo. It works really well. I wash my hair every 3-4 days.

I have my goal set at 1300 and normally eat more, but because I am breastfeeding and that burns calories I would normally try to keep it around 1200. Feel free to add me:)

I got new shoes a few weeks ago and there is plenty of room in the toe, but I do tend to tie them REALLY tight. Will definitely look online about proper running form. Thanks!

It seems like some people can't lose weight while nursing, and some can't keep weight on while nursing. How many weeks/months pp are you? Personally I never had a problem with my milk supply as long as I was drinking enough water and eating enough.

Personally, dairy upsets my stomach and causes my skin to break out. I don't think there is anything wrong with it, just doesn't agree with me.. If you can eat it go for it!
