I felt the need to give an update :) I am starting belly dancing up again. Haven't done that in about 4 years, but looking back when I was doing that i was more tone than I have been in a long time and also it didn't cause any back pain. I think this is a great idea. I see alot of talk about fitness and what to eat and what not to eat on this site, but I haven't ran into much support with "emotional eating" or any of that sort. Not much talk about why we got to where we are unless of course its about losing the weight. Count me in this should be good.
