wow! I am not new here but am looking for motivation. I have lost about 10kg (uhh.. 10 x 2.2 = about 22 lbs). It has taken me two years to do this but I think this amount of effort slowly over time has made the difference - I can notice when I am full now, even on a day when I give myself a 'holiday' from calorie tracking…

thank you for this inspiration.. just a wee little addition, if you don't mind. I think when we are young, the weight comes off faster. The older you get, it seems harder to take weight off as easily but it does come back down eventually!! Thank you again!!

I always seem to be over too. Not sure what the numbers are based on... anybody know. I don't think protein should be too bad unless you have kidney disease or something.
