Love it and GOOD for you! I also want to be fit and toned BUT with breast, hips, thighs, and a VERY nice butt! Some people may feel differently but I'm a female and being an hour glass shape with a woman's curves on a woman's body is important to me! I'll prefer that to being a STICK any day.

I would use the turn "healthy" very loosely in my case. Lol! But I am eating less and drinking more water! I noticed a difference and how my body, face, and skin looks. I'm loving it!

I eat everything in sight! It's like my appetite go from 0 to 60 during that time!

Drink water first, make sure what you order is grilled, use little to no sauce, have the veggies steamed if you can and ask if they have wheat dinner rolls. If you can, have them bring your food and a to go container and put half of it away and eat the rest.
