I like these recipes....I just made some Indian Red Curry Chicken today in the crock pot. Just put 3 breast halves in with 1/2 cup water, salt & pepper, and heat on high for 4 hours, Add a bag of baby carrots and a jar of Red Curry cooking sauce (Pataks) Heat through . Shred chicken and serve over brown rice. About 300…

Im doing the same thing at night....after dinner...I think I see that I have some leftover cals and I go overboard when I start eating. It doesn't even have to be junk food. Fruit I think is not good to eat too much of because of the sugar and I have been known to eat several bananas, apples, pear,s or whatever just…

I need more blood work done next month so I'm stil not taking anything to regulate the prolactin levels. I am taking Desmopressin nasal spray for my ADH deficiency though, and since I started it last June I have gained 10 more pounds. Coincidence or no? Not sure but I know I am eating about an average of 1600 cals daily…

At 5'10" and 49 years old I am at my all time heaviest weight of 240 lbs!! Yikes! My goal as of now is 190 but lower would be a heavenly gift. I have always weighed between 150 and 160 and looking back I looked pretty thin, although I was always convinced I was a cow.. Now I long for those Days! My smallest clothes size…

I'm only taking Desmopressin currently for my ADH. Havent been really medicated for the high prolactin levels yet. I see my Endo next month and I'm gonna ask about the Bromocryptin. What does it do? The side effedts dont sound like much fun but if it helps with feeling better overall, maybe I should try it. How is you…

And more nice long walks ....my dogs will love me for that! Any recipes or meal ideas would be great if you have any. Good luck to you also on finding the right mix of meds.

I'm also a nurse working 11p - 730a. Very different eating pattern than most people. Biggest downfall: all the high fat, high carb, high sugar stuff sitting in the break room. I'm a carb junky and havent found a satisfying replacement yet. Lunch overnight is usually yogurt, salad, fruit, or sometimes coworkers bring in…
