  • i'm on a low carb as well and i didn't have any fruits for the first week and a half. when i spoke to my Dietician he told me i should have fruits but in moderation (2 fruits a day)... stay away from fruit juice and dried fruits but have a few fresh fruits .... be realistic with your diet, are you going to never have…
  • i suggest you don't eat processed carbs for at least 4 weeks and if you can exercise.... thats very low cal and you will starve your body .... trust me you too young to stuff your metabolism. just don't eat rice, bread, pasta, etc for few weeks and go for a walk at least 3-4 a weeks
  • i use the Horleys Sculpt Shaping Protein ... it has 95 cal if you have it with cold water... its good
