  • Phew! That makes more sense!! I don't have much to lose - and haven't lost with Insanity (yet!). I'm in the recovery week now so I'm half way. I was panicking about not losing (gained 0.6lb) but I cracked a tape measure out and I've lost inches - so it's working!! You have to trust in the process and not get too hung up on…

  • I agree, 123-130 is a low weight if you're 6'2"! You don't want to be losing I wouldn't have thought. I'm going to hazard a guess that a lot of the weight gain is water retention in your muscles due to a change in your exercise program.
