Today was the last day of month 1 and I'm scared for month 2 - especially now I've read your post! I'm glad a recovery drink is working for you. I'll bear that in mind if/when I struggle!

Today is day 26. I stuck to the calendar so I've done 6 workouts a week for almost 4 weeks now.

They don't list the ingredients? I don't know about where you are but in the UK that's illegal unless the only thing that it contains is what it says on the front (i.e. honey). I think that's probably what's happening here :o)

We use Aldi for the majority and then Tesco for goat's milk and other items that Aldi don't carry. The fruit & veg is usually considerably cheaper at Aldi but, as others have said, the range is limited. Interestingly, it's cheaper than the local market.

I eat porridge (oatmeal) made with goat's milk for breakfast every morning with cinnamon and fruit. It is honestly the meal I look forward to most. If I could eat porridge for every meal I would, lol. Seriously though, it keeps you full and there's so many toppings you could add to mix it up :o)

I have a huge tub of Bourneville cocoa in the cupboard. I mix a little with my coffee for an easy mocha, lol. I might try Green & Black's now that someone's mentioned it though. Day 3 today, I wasn't quite as bad as yesterday thank goodness. Felt queasy but nothing like before. My calves are on fire and I'm so tired. Need to stop being a baby I think!

I started insanity yesterday. I've been lying on the floor feeling like I'm going to vomit after both the fit test and today's workout. Please tell me I'm not alone, and that this isn't going to happen for the next 60 days?!

I'm really struggling with the heat at the moment. I hate getting sweaty anyway so the heat is really making me want to forego any form of exercise. I'm trying to be good though, getting up early when it's cooler to get moving, and waiting until it's cooled down in the evening. It's hard though!
