At 156 down from 160. Had a bad week of staying off carbs! Need to get back into it as seems to work really well for me to shift weight. Must try harder!!!

Snap. D3L1. Found it hard to get up today but actually really enjoyed the workout. Like the middle strength section which makes it go faster I think!

L1D2. I also have issues with Hollow Man but suspect I have no abs so guess is just a case of try try try again! Really like this workout and excited to have done two days in a row with minimum ache!

A bit later than most of you but just completed D1 L1 and really enjoyed it. Felt it in my shoulders but kept up otherwise. Not sure about hollow man - just hurts a lot!!!!

I'm 5,6" and want to be 140lbs. Currently running three times a week, yoga and sometimes add in work out routine. Have found eating low carbs is helping shift weight.

Use tins or water bottles till you get weights. Not so heavy but better than nothing!

I'm planning on starting Ripped on Sunday. Did a week about a month ago and gave up! Was using 3lb weights. I also am trying to run three times a week for at least 30 mins. And a yoga class weekly too.

Hi! I'm planning on starting Level 1 on Monday. Did 30DS in September and did one week of Ripped after that but then drifted off! Have been trying to increase the amount of time I run a week - but with bad weather and dark mornings and evenings - think I may get back in front of the ipad! Weighing in at 157 this…

It is just so hard to stay that low! Especially if eating fruit! Is there any very low carb fruit?

Managed another 1.3m this morning. Takes me to a rather pathetic 4.6m total ( but better than nothing!). I have yoga tomorrow morning so unless I manage a run Friday evening that will be my week. Bit far from 10m. Shall try harder next week! How is your knee?

I'm in a hotel this weekend and did 25mins on elliptical trainer and it said I'd done 4.6 miles! I don't think even Mo Farar can do that so shall record it as 2 which seems more likely!

Energy levels fine. Even managed a mid week run. If I feel fatigue setting in eat a handful of nuts and feel better!
