An enormous cake outside my office door that was calling to me as I ate my boiled eggs and salad. Lol!

Managed 2.5 this morning but was running slower than a snail! 4.5 to go.... I should also say I wouldn't have got out of bed but for this challenge so thank you RoyBeck!

Day 2 done. Felt like more of a workout today especially after the second set of strength. Still can't do that running man though!!!

Have been convinced by this having seen a colleague shed a whole load of weight on a low carb/possibly even no carb diet. Also, I just have this habit of making it okay to eat cookies, cakes and other sweet foods if I just calorie count - and before I know it I have eaten three or four - so none is really the only way…

I'm on my second round of 30DS and it has worked. Many inches gone so would highly recommend it. Haven't done Insanity though....

Doing 30ds so get all sorts of crunches and push ups and plank poses. Also do yoga which helps (but more slowly!)

I just completed 30DS and it has completely altered my shape. Dropped most inches from stomach and hips. Is only 30 mins so I would keep going! Am even attempting to do it again - four days in and much easier! I wouldn't say my stomach was flat but definitely flatter....

I'm just starting my second time round. Although I didn't lose weight first time round I lost a lot of inches - particularly round my waist and hips. Have done Level 1 day 2 today and still ache (after a week off in between bouts). Will I never not ache I wonder? Was with very motivating group first time round so am going…
