I measure myself in all the places I want to shrink. I don't just stick to hips, bust, waist. measure wherever, just make sure you go back to the same place and label it right.

i go commando a lot of the time ahah i cant lie. if i do wear underwear, i wear a thong cause i cant even feel it, nothings riding anywhere if you can believe it. mostly commando though lol

for myself i would only consider surgery after weight loss (natural weightloss) - tummy tuck, breast lift. nips and tucks to take care of the skin. but thats just for me. i don't think its anyone decision to make but the person whos body will or will not be going through the surgery. :)

i accept everyone .and if i have a good convo with someone through a forum or a msg i add them. the thing about adding people is you can delete them eventually but i dont really believe in denying requests unless the message says they want to kill you and eat your eyeballs or something. people have become way too stuck up…

You definitely did the right thing. Checking ahead of time is great, a failure to plan is a plan for failure. Eat light through out the day and maybe get in a good work out if you dont feel you can stay within your calories.
