I go on vacation on Friday so I think when I come back I'm gonna do another round of it. I have a thyroid issue too but the doc's wont put me on meds and I have had crazy symptoms for years now :( found some natural things that help tho

When u finish that dvd do her Ripped in 30 one, I lost 1.5inches in my stomach in the first 9 days of RI30 after finishing 30ds

I wish I had a mirror to watch myself do the stuff to see if I do it like she does. I'm doing day 2 today, couldn't do it yesterday cause I hurt my foot at work.

All from JM and I upped my calories from 1200-1310 and eat back about 30% of my exercise calories. Also, I got blood work done and found out I was low in vitamin D, and B12.....also take a multi vitman/mineral, and fish oil

It's water weight from the sodium in the take out and junk you were eating all weekend. Drink a ton of water and eat some veggies and you'll be fine

Can def see results. For the arms start lifting, the "bat wing" that we all hate you can tone doing tricep workouts. Lifting 2-3x a week will def help :) keep up the good work, you're doing great

I worked in many chain restaurants. Chili's being one of them, and EVERYTHING comes in a preportioned plastic bag, so the chef doesn't measure a single thing.
