Lift weights, and heavy ones. Also Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 and 30 day shred are awesome. I did 30DS and lost 13inches, now doing Ripped in 30 and can already see a difference in my stomach after 2 weeks.

I dont do her exact meal plan because I'm gluten/wheat/dairy sensitive lol. But yea this is my 2nd day on week 2 and my shoulders were killing me this morning, still are and it was tough today doing them damn planks but I made it though :)

I did it in the morning before work, so that in the afternoon I could go do some extra cardio about 2x a week. I lost 13 inches over all and 1.4lbs.
